Nothing. blockmaxxing has no analytics, no telemetry, no accounts, and no servers. We do not collect, store, or transmit any personal or usage data.
The extension saves the following only in your browser's local extension storage, on your device, and never sends it anywhere:
blockmaxxing communicates only with Twitch's own services (such as
gql.twitch.tv and usher.ttvnw.net) as part of loading an
ad-free stream — the same servers your browser already contacts to watch Twitch.
The optional, off-by-default proxy fallback is the only exception: if you choose to enable it and enter a proxy URL, the extension sends the current channel name to the proxy server you configured. This is entirely your choice and is disabled by default.
storage — to save the settings and local data described above.activeTab — to read the current tab's URL when you click to whitelist a channel.*.twitch.tv — so the ad-blocking engine can run on Twitch pages only.We do not sell, share, or transfer any data to third parties, because we do not collect any. The extension is open source and can be audited in full.
